Urban Decay Electric Palette - Review and Swatches

Hey guys! I couldn't wait to get my hands on this palette and now I can't wait to show you how awesome it is! While I love Urban Decay's Naked Palettes my true love in makeup is bright, bright color!

Urban Decay Electric Palette: $49

This palette is so great! It has 10 beautiful bright colors with the same great pigmentation and quality that Urban Decay is known for. All of the colors but one are mostly matte (with just a bit of pearl in them to make them blend easier). They are soft and apply and blend beautifully. You can use this palette just to add a pop of color to neutral eye look or if you're feeling wild use it to create a crazy bright look. I will be doing tutorials for both on my YouTube channel soon!

This palette is being marketed as a "pressed pigment palette". They are not calling it an eyeshadow palette. This is due to some of the colors in the palette like Slowburn (and some others) not being approved for use around the eye area because they can irritate the eye. However, I have used all of these and haven't had any problems with any of them so far. Just something to be aware of. The palette included a little sheet with ingredients for each color.

My favorite colors from the palette are Jilted, Urban and Fringe. Which ones are your favorite?

You can find the Electric Palette on Urbandecay.com or on Sephora.com

How would you wear these colors? Let me know in the comments! Urban Decay also has a ton of other awesome products in their Summer Collection that were released along with the Electric Palette. Check them out!

Talk to you soon!
