Forever21 Beauty Haul

Here are few makeup items I picked up on my last trip to Forever 21. These looked cute and fun and they were super cheap so I had to pick them up! I'll do a follow up post soon with a review and swatches.

They look so pretty I really hope the quality is good and I'm super excited about the winged eyeliner decals. How cool is that??
